HOW WE WORK - STEP-BY-STEP
STEP 1: INITIAL MEETING
We have 5 showrooms in and around London, where we invite you to be inspired and have a chat with a member of the team. Here, you can browse our extensive collection, see the quality of our craftsmanship first-hand and discuss your project with our friendly and knowledgeable designers.
Whether you have a period home needing a classical look or a minimal apartment needing wardrobes which blend seamlessly with the walls, we take pride in designing wardrobes to suit. Your designer will be on-hand throughout to offer storage and design advice and to help you maximise your storage space.
STEP 2: DESIGN & QUOTE
After the initial meeting your experienced Neatsmith designer will turn your ideas into a full colour 3D design, giving you a clear visualisation of your storage space and its place within your home.
STEP 3: PLACING YOUR ORDER
Once we have finalised your bespoke Neatsmith design we ask for a 30% deposit and then we then send our surveyor to carry out a full site survey before we begin producing your wardrobe in our North London Factory.
We will update and inform you every step of the production process and find an installation date to suit you.
STEP 4: DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
At Neatsmith all of our fitters are full-time employees, allowing us to offer an extremely high level of craftsmanship. We will work conscientiously and leave your home as you would expect to find it.
All our wardrobes come with a market leading warranty and a lifetime guarantee on all hinges and drawer runners.
Beyond fitting, our aftersales team are always on hand, should you ever need us.
