Here at Neatsmith we design, manufacture, and install the best bespoke wardrobes, home offices and living rooms in London. As a family run business, we have been serving our discerning clients for more than 20 years and employ a dedicated team of expert designers and cabinet makers who help us deliver innovative design, enduring quality and impeccable service.
Our eight showrooms are run by experienced managers and knowledgeable designers, who will work with you (or your interior designer) to create your perfect Neatsmith wardrobe. Whether you’re looking to make a showstopping walk-in wardrobe, complete dressing room or simply create some hallway storage they will interpret your requirements perfectly. How We Work
Step 1 – Initial Meeting
The first stage in designing your Neatsmith wardrobe, study or living room is to visit one of our showrooms to spark your imagination. We currently have 5 showrooms in and around London, where we invite you to be inspired and have a chat with a member of the team. You can browse our extensive collection, see and feel the quality of our craftsmanship first-hand and discuss your project with one of our friendly and knowledgeable designers.
Whether you have a period home needing a classical look or a minimal apartment needing fitted wardrobes which blend seamlessly with the walls, we take pride in designing bespoke wardrobes to suit your personal style. Your designer will be able to offer advice and expertise throughout the process ensuring your wardrobes are crafted to your exact requirements.
Step 2 – DESIGN & QUOTE
Following the initial design meeting, your Neatsmith designer will turn your ideas into a full colour 3D rendering showing your Neatsmith wardrobe in your home, giving you a clear visualisation of your bespoke design.
Your initial design proposal is free of charge and while additional designs do incur a small design fee this is deducted from the deposit payment for your wardrobes.
Step 3 – PLACING YOUR ORDER
Once we have finalised your Neatsmith design a 30% deposit is due before we send our surveyor to undertake a full site survey. Once we have the final site dimensions your wardrobes are put into production in our North London Factory.
Every Neatsmith wardrobe is innovatively designed and built by skilled craftsmen right here in the UK and we will keep you up to date every step of the production process.
Step 4 – DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
At Neatsmith all of our fitters are full-time employees, allowing us to offer an extremely high level of craftsmanship. We will work conscientiously and leave your home as you would expect to find it.
STEP 5 – AFTERCARE
Beyond fitting, our aftersales team are always on hand, should you ever need us. When you invest in a Neatsmith product you can rest easy knowing they are supplied with a market leading warranty and a lifetime guarantee on all hinges and drawer runners.
You will also be pleased to know at Neatsmith we are committed to being as sustainable as possible, which is why our wooden panels come from a certified FSC UK supplier who gives sustainable forestry their highest priority and we use manufacturing offcuts to heat our factory, you can find out more by visiting our Sustainability page.
